Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can be performed on either the feet or hands. Pressure is applied to reflexes that correspond to organs or systems in the whole body.

Reflexology as it is practiced today was developed during the 1930's. However, archaeological evidence suggests that applying pressure to hands and feet has been performed for thousands of years. Pictures of early reflexology have even been found on the walls of Egyptian tombs!
Some of the common ailments that reflexology can aid are:
- Stress
- Hormonal inbalance
- Fertility issues
- IBS
- Insomnia
- Maternity/Pregnancy
- New borns and children
